Hi all, I have been down at Braidwood farm sitting on 30 acres. I took my two electric aircraft down and had 2 good days of flights. BUT and there is always a but, during a flight with the Radian, full throttle climb, the prop dive broke, throwing 1 blade, dislodging the canopy and damage to the nose. Yes the plane has had a couple of bumpy landings, but the fracture was clean with no sign of fatigue.
All repairs already done for Sunday, but I wonder if this plastic item needs regular inspection, is it a known problem? I might just machine up an aluminium one for the future....cheers
