Wind conditions for Saturday range from 6kph NNE at 9am increasing to 15kph NE around 2pm.
Sunday shows around 13kph NNE all day.
There is a slight chance of rain on both days.
I'll be at the field around 9.30 on Sunday only as I don't have wheels on Saturday.

Well, today (Sat) looks terrible with winds already gusting to 35kph & rain forecast throughout the day.

Sunday the rain hopefully should have passed for most of the day but winds are forecast around 15kph coming in from the east. If you intend to fly remember to bring aircraft that will handle cross winds. I hope to be there around 9.30 as the field looks great as we managed to mow before the rains came.

Conditions look good for both Saturday & Sunday.
I'll be at the field around 9.30 on Saturday if anyone wants to turn up but unfortunately I can't stay all that long.
On Sunday there will be a Club BBQ so bring your aircraft & appetite.

Conditions look good for flying both days.

Will be at the field around 10am on Thursday.

Friday we have to mow first so should be ready to put a plane in the air around 12. There is a mower that needs a look at by someone with a mechanical bent so if anyone can come from say 10am onwards & have a look at it while others a mowing it would be of great assistance.

The weather forecast shows a lovely window tomorrow for flying. Winds at 3kph SW from around 1pm.
A few of us will be at the field from 1.30 to catch this rare gem.
Those that can make it charge your batteries & see you tomorrow.

This recent rain has been most welcome but we have not been able to mow today. Fortunately the strip is in good condition & we can get away without mowing.
There is no rain forecast for the weekend & at the moment the winds although a little breezy should still be flyable both days.
I'm without a car for Saturday so unless I can get a lift from someone I'll be at the field around 9.30 on Sunday.

Winds look good for both Saturday & Sunday flying.

The rain today means that mowing can not be one but it is planned to do it around 9am Sat morning. This means that flying should start say by 11am. Do come earlier by all means, there may be a mower for you to jump on or you could set up the field equipment.

On Sunday there will be the usual BBQ ($5pp). This is a great time for members to mingle at the Clubhouse & raise/suggest any concerns or improvements to the club.

By the way we need a working bee shortly to lay a few courses of bricks. Anyone with any skills whatsoever would be more than welcome to share the work. Watch this space for more details.

Conditions for Sunday look excellent but unfortunately I have family commitments so can't attend.

Saturday is not too bad but with the prospect of a little rain in the morning. If it holds off I'll be at the field around 10.30 if anyone wants to turn up. Don't know if I'll fly as my brain is still at 30,000 feet somewhere over the Indian Ocean but I need to sniff the grass as I miss the field.

Saturday looks like being the best hope for the weekend. The strip has been mown. I do not expect to be at the field before about 10-30 since, with daylight saving, the rising sun makes seeing difficult for me. Those with better eye sight may wish to be there earlier.
